Carrie Liao, CPA is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of California with over 20 years of accounting and finance leadership experience in private and Nasdaq publicly-traded companies.

Starting at Deloitte, her career has focused on the life science industry from early development through commercialization and manufacturing. She has successfully supported and led multiple Initial Public Offering (IPO) filings and capital raises. She specializes in Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance (internal control), IPO and capital raises, resolution of complex accounting issues, process improvement, and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission interim and annual filings. Prior to joining REV Clinical, Ms. Liao was the Chief Accounting Officer at MindMed, a public clinical-stage biopharmaceuticals company (NASDAQ: MNMD), Ms. Liao was the Corporate Controller at ORIC Pharmaceuticals, a public clinical-stage biopharmaceuticals company (NASDAQ: ORIC), and the Corporate Controller at MannKind Corporation, a public biopharmaceuticals company (NASDAQ: MNKD). 

She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University San Marcos. Ms. Liao is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with AICPA.
