Sudhir Devalia
Sudhir Devalia is the Senior Vice President, Business Development, US & Europe at REV Clinical, where he drives the organization’s global commercial strategy, accelerates growth initiatives, and cultivates high-value partnerships across the biopharma, biotech, and life-sciences sectors. With a proven track record of shaping commercial organizations and scaling revenue in the clinical research industry, Sudhir brings deep expertise in global business development, commercialization, and strategic partnerships.
Before joining REV Clinical, Sudhir served as Vice President and Head of Commercial Strategy & Business Development at Macro Trials, where he led all commercialization efforts and managed global P&L for new business. Under his leadership, Macro Trials doubled its clinical trial volume, expanded its national investigator network, and strengthened its position as a fast-growing partner to sponsors and CROs.
Prior to Macro Trials, Sudhir spent nearly a decade in senior business development roles at PPD (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific), where he oversaw Phase I–IV development strategies for Biotech, Biopharma, and Government/Public Health portfolios. He consistently exceeded performance targets, secured strategic, multi-year partnerships, and played a key role in integrating cross-enterprise capabilities to enhance client value and operational efficiency.
Sudhir also held leadership roles at The Emmes Company, where he built and scaled the Contracts and Business Development function supporting more than 200 active clinical research programs worldwide. His efforts contributed to sustained double-digit revenue growth and strengthened Emmes’ position as a global public health and biomedical research partner. Earlier in his career, Sudhir held financial and operational roles with the U.S. Department of Defense and in the financial services sector.
Sudhir earned a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
