Ann Fitzpatrick is an accomplished Human Resources executive and consultant with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and leadership development. In her most recent work, Ann partners with a variety of organizations as a strategic HR consultant, providing hands-on support in executive hiring, leadership coaching, and organizational design. She is known for her ability to quickly assess business needs, build trust across all levels, and deliver practical, high-impact people solutions that strengthen culture and performance.

Previously, Ann served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Baylor Genetics, where she led the company’s HR and talent strategy during a period of rapid innovation and expansion in precision medicine. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ProtaGene, overseeing global HR operations and initiatives that enhanced leadership capability, engagement, and organizational alignment.

Earlier in her career, Ann was Vice President of Human Resources at Boston Scientific, where she supported multiple Executive leaders and spearheaded a major transformation that unified people, process, and technology within the Clinical and HR functions. She also held senior HR leadership roles in the hospitality and healthcare industries, managing diverse, multi-site workforces and advancing HR service delivery models.

Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master’s in Organizational Development from Boston University.
