Kirt Poss, Executive Partner at Edgewater Capital Partners, brings deep life-science and investment leadership to his role on REV Clinical’s board. Over his career, Kirt has advised and invested in biotech and pharmaceutical ventures, led strategic development and financial oversight, and served in executive and operational roles across drug development, commercial strategy, and portfolio shaping. His broad experience spans early- through late-stage biotech, supporting companies with capital planning, M&A, and corporate growth. Kirt attended Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and holds a BA from the University of Connecticut.
