As Senior Director – Business Development at REV Clinical, Melanie Schneider is supporting the Northeast region of the U.S. Melanie brings over 20 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across the life sciences and clinical research industry. She has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving commercial success, and expanding global client relationships.

Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Business Development at BioResearch Partner, spearheading strategic growth and a successful corporate rebrand. She has also held leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and brings valuable consulting experience as the Founder of Empower Business Consulting. 

Earlier in her career, she held leadership and partnership development roles at organizations such as Playworks, Inc. and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, where she contributed to regional expansion, strategic partnerships, and community program development.

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Simmons University, Boston, MA.
