As Associate Director, Clinical Operations at REV Clinical, Ritika leads the Australian Clinical Operations team, bringing extensive experience in both Australian and global clinical research. Her career spans the Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and the Americas, with experience across both contract research organizations (CROs) and the pharmaceutical industry. She has a strong track record in end-to-end clinical trial delivery, including feasibility, study start-up, project management, vendor oversight, budget management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. Ritika is also passionate about driving process improvements and fostering high-performing teams.

Throughout her career, Ritika has held key clinical operations and project management roles with Southern Star Research, Novartis, PAREXEL, and Novotech. In these positions, she led cross-functional global teams and delivered complex, multinational clinical trials, building extensive expertise in project execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership. Ritika has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of clinical studies, mentored project teams, and led complex projects while consistently meeting client expectations.

Ritika holds a Master of International Public Health and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Sydney. Her broad industry experience and collaborative leadership approach enable her to deliver high-quality clinical operations that support the successful execution of clinical trials for sponsors across Australia and internationally.
